Abstract Submission Eligibility:
We welcome undergraduate and postgraduate students to submit abstracts, as well as professionals working in the field of science.
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- The presenting author should register for an account on https://rohtoforum2022.gakkai.online/ prior to submitting abstracts.
- Only abstracts in English are accepted.
- Two different abstracts shall be submitted for each topic: technical (scientific terms) and non-technical (layman terms).
- Abstracts shall be no more than 400 English words.
- Each presenting author shall submit abstracts for no more than two separate topics.
- Each author shall have their supervisor's consent to submit abstracts and present at the Rohto Forum Virtual Poster Session.

Virtual Poster Session Information:
- From 18 July, registered participants of Rohto Forum 2022 may view posters on the Virtual Conference Platform.
- Deadline for Poster presenters to upload posters to the Virtual Conference Platform: 20 July 23:59 HKT
- Registered participants are able to start discussions with Poster presenters using the chatbox function, email, or live audio/video link.
- Instruction manuals and/or assistance with Poster uploading and operation of the Discussion Area on the Virtual Conference Platform will be provided to Presenters in July.
Poster Upload Requirements:
- File Type: PDF
- File Size Dimension: 4:3 (horizontal)
- Page Number Limit: None.
- Total File Size: Less than 5MB is recommended, for smooth display on the online system, less than 1 MB is recommended (or less than 500KB per page).
- Video (upload optional): MP4 format, with file size less than 500 MB
Best Poster Award Information:
- One poster presentation will be awarded Best Poster at the Virtual Poster Session
- Any user with a Virtual Conference Platform account can vote for their favourite poster during the Poster Session
- Each account is eligible for one vote only
- Total vote count for each presentation will be hidden
- The Poster with the most votes wins Best Poster Award of the Rohto Forum 2022 Poster Session
- The Winner will be announced under the General Announcement heading of the Virtual Conference Platform
- The Winner will be contacted further after the end of Forum
