Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development or strategic alliance management in the life sciences sector.

Excellent communication and networking abilities, especially with stakeholders in Hong Kong, GBA, and Asia.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical device regulatory frameworks.

Role Summary:

Formulate and implement patent portfolio commercialization strategies.
Oversee financial management, budgeting, and cost analysis for business operations.

We are seeking a hands-on Clinical Research Manager to lead end-to-end clinical trial execution and expand ARHK’s clinical research function. This role will ensure high-quality operations, regulatory/ethics compliance, partner management, and timely delivery of clinical outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage clinical trial operations (site feasibility/selection, investigator coordination, patient recruitment).
Oversee regulatory submissions and ethical reviews in compliance with Hong Kong regulations and ICH-GCP standards.
Coordinate with CRO/CDMO partners for clinical operations and data management.
Lead/oversee data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting of clinical trial results.
Build and maintain strong networks with hospitals, academic institutions, and regulatory authorities in Hong Kong, GBA, ASEAN, and globally.
Monitor and manage project risks, budgets, and timelines for clinical research projects.
Support the expansion of clinical research functions and contribute to organizational growth.
